A DAY . . . when comprehensive mental health case management services are brought to all homeless people who are too incapacitated to go where the services are.


A PLACE . . . where all homeless people with a mental illness are successfully linked to housing, SSI, substance abuse treatment, employment, transportation, and other essential services that will end their homelessness.
